BSW Program Advising

All BSW students are assigned an advisor upon admission.  The role of the advisor is to provide academic and career guidance, serve as an advocate, and help students solve problems.   All students in the School of Social Work are required to meet with their advisor prior to registering for classes every semester, including the summer sessions.

Prospective undergraduate student advising is also available.  The School offers open advising times most days of the week every semester, including the summer sessions.  To schedule an appointment, please call 812-855-4427 during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
